Purpose
Four rope breakage protectors are installed at the lifting points on the furnace platform, which can automatically lock the platform in case of accidental disconnection of the main lifting rope, preventing the platform from continuing to fall. According to the national standard requirements, the broken rope protector should be tested at least once a year, and the number of tests can be increased according to the frequency of use. It is mandatory to scrap it every 5 years.
